1. Service Agreement:

By engaging Ellevon Editing for video editing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between Ellevon Editing and the Client.

2. Scope of Services:

Ellevon Editing will provide video editing services as described in the project proposal or as agreed upon in writing with the Client. All details of the project, including deadlines and deliverables, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

3. Payment:

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays or termination of services.

4. Project Revisions:

The Client is entitled to a specific number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the edited video.

5. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the Client will receive full ownership rights to the edited video. Ellevon Editing retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality:

Ellevon Editing will treat all video footage and project-related information as confidential and will not share or distribute it without the Client's consent.

7. Delivery:

Ellevon Editing will deliver the final edited video to the Client in the format specified in the project proposal or agreement. Delivery deadlines will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

8. Cancellation and Termination:

In the event of project cancellation by the Client, any payments made are non-refundable, and Ellevon Editing retains ownership of all completed work. Ellevon Editing reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches this agreement or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

9. Liability:

Ellevon Editing is not liable for any damages or claims related to the use or distribution of the edited video. This includes but is not limited to accidents, delays, harm, or misapplication of information. The Client assumes full responsibility for the use and distribution of the edited video.

10. Privacy Policy:

11. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, with each party responsible for their own attorney's fees and costs.
